A veces, hoy ha sido el caso, que el pronóstico del tiempo en Catalunya daba agua, así que me he armado de valor y he salido a las 5:20 de la mañana para correr, ya que a la hora de la salida de trabajar, seguro que no podría salir en bici, y así ha sido.
Han sido 15Km en dos bloques, el primero trabajando un 10.000m en un tiempo 43'47 a un buén ritmo 4'21 el km (para mi claro).
Después he terminado con 5Km al trote para recuperar.
Mañana más de lo mismo, tanto por el tiempo como por el horario.
